transfer the book to the new device

right now I face a problem, I want to transfer the book which I bought from old phone to new phone, but as I login, I couldn't find the book, last year I did the same with my iPad, there hasn't problem, so I don't know what happened, and what can I do, my account is: alinazhou@hotmail.com.
