Transferring Digital Editions Library from old to new computer

I recently bought a new Windows 10 laptop. I have downloaded digital editions and renamed the file, as suggested in the forum. I am using the same Adobe login as on the old laptop. The books downloaded to DI over several years are not listed when I open DI on the new laptop. Do I have to manually copy them over and if so, how?

I will still be using the old laptop so do not want to delete the libraty on there

It is very frustrating. Please help
