Transferring to KOBO

I am trying to transfer a library book to my Kobo Reader and I'm getting an error message - CE_COPY_NOT ALLOWED - No permission to copy book.  Any help please, I am operating on Windows 10.

    The error say that you used diffent authorize for your Reader and Digital Edition. If you used the same adobe id should authorize.-> if you not open the file before under a wrong adobe id.
