Typekit's Hypatia Font not supported

Please could someone let me know how to use the Hypatia Font in a fixed layout Epub, so that it is readable in Adobe Digital Editions on Windows.

The epub, using the Hypatia Font is readable in ADE and Ibooks on a Mac and with Readium on Windows, but not using ADE V 4.0 on Windows.

I really need some help with this.
