Unable to download Ebook with Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.12 for Mac OS

When I double click the Digital Link file, URLLink.acsm, I'm getting below errors:

Unable to download
Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:
E_ADEPT_XML_SYNTAX
