Unable to download links

Question

We use Edition Guard to download our textbooks and manuals.

We sent our students links and this is the message that comes up when they use Adobe Reader.

Unable to download

Error getting License.License Server

Communication Problem:

E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN

Edition Guard said everything looked good from their end and to contact Adobe, so I contacted Adobe help and they said to put it on the forums as they couldn't help.
