Unable to erase authorization for ADE 4.0 MacBook

I'd like to erase authorization from one Adobe ID so I can reauthorize with another Adobe ID.

Error message says "Unable to erase authorization. Please try after some time." It's been three days, and same error message. No option to contact Adobe help other than forums.

Same problem here. I can authorize my iPad, and my other macintosh, and read the books I'm trying to use. However, I cannot de-authorize my macbook, and reauthorize. Ultimately, I'm trying to get 5 books to work on my macbook that already work on iPad and Mac mini.
