Unable to Erase Authorization

I'm using Windows 10, and when I try to erase authorization, so that I can re-authorize this computer, I get a message, "Unable to Erase Authorization. Please try after some time." All of the threads I've found here are old and/or don't work.

    Thank you. I didn't realize that this is where I placed it. I thought it
    was in that forum from the beginning. Sorry for the confusion and the
    hassle, and thank you for doing this.
