Unable to get "double page" view

Question

2) Our textbooks are made for double page view. I noticed in your current adobe digital editions help section, under "NAVIGATING PDF DOCUMENTS" it says:

**Fit Double Page — This shows you two pages at a time. You can go from page to page using menu items (click the word "Reading" on the left of the toolbar), the scroll bar buttons, or the Page Up and Down keys. You cannot scale the page (except by enlarging the window size) or scroll smoothly.**

We can't get ADE 3.0 to even give us the option for double page view. Are there special requirements to making the pdf?

Still looking for an answer to this. We are unable to produce a pdf from indesign that will allow "double page" view in ADE. Did ADE drop the double page view or do we have to do something special in outputting the pdf from indesign so ADE 3.0 will allow a double page view?
