Unable to re-authoraize SONY prs-650 ereader

Up until a month ago I was using Sony's Reader for PC to download and transfer books to my ereader. KOBO stopped supporting that program and it no longer works.

I installed ADE and I was able to authorize my ereader at that time. I went to transfer a book to my ereader tonight and my ereader is no longer authorized nor do I get the drop down option to authorize it. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
