Unable to view dowloaded book or selected libraries in overdrive.

I have downloaded overdrive, despite selecting a library and downloading a book my library list is empty and bookshelf is empty. I cannot download the book again as I apparently already have it??

    Hello lb2, We discovered your question/issue on the forum, and it sounds like you have borrowed the title, but have not selected a format. This article should help you with downloading the title.  If you continue having an issue, click on the Help link on the library site, and select Contact Support. That will get you the best help for downloading issues that are not answered in the Help pages.   You can also find many other useful articles and videos at help.overdrive.com.
