So I've been getting this message every time I try to access books.  Which is weird because it never happened before.  Also the ID is already authorize with the computer. PLEASE ASAP

    Have you open the eBook before without Digital Edition was authorize?

    Yes I have, everything was working on my laptop until I tried transferring everything on to an ipad.  After that it stop working on my laptop

    Then the file are linked with the empty authorize. In this case only help to ask your Reseller of the eBook for a new Download without a authorize. You and Adobe has no access to the eBooks itself.
