I have a problem with Adobe Digital Editions and when I went to the Adobe "help" site I was
directed to input my problem, deposit $5.00 and I would be answered by a technician.
Instead of an answer I got a request for another $38.00. JustAnswer seems to be a
Adobe site, but they also appear to be a scam!

Believe this or not, I just experienced JustAnswers.com today also. I called in to Adobe's Customer Service number 800-833-6687, and told them my issue I was having with ACR. They told me they would have someone call me. They didn't, someone TEXT me from JustAnswers.com with a link to approve a $1.00 charge for answering my question on ACR. I never got an answer from JustAnswer.com because I never got a call. Someone TEXT me about 5 hours later asking me what type of Computer I had so they could answer the question. About two hours after that, I got an EMAIL stating my account had been opened, and my first month fee of $52.00 had been charged and my answer to my question would be submitted shortly via EMAIL. Boy was I pissed off. I did not ask for an account to be set up, or to be charged $52.00 monthly for a service I did not request. They agree to cancel my account and refund my money. But this is NOT what I expected of Adobe. This is WRONG.
