what does it mean when I click on an ebook i have borrowed from the public library and it says the vendor account you have entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open

    Please let me know what is the file format of your ebook that you are trying to open and using what software.

    I am using Adobe digital editions 4 and it's a epub ebooks I had no

    problems with my old computer and it was adobe digital editions 2
