What Good Is This Help Forum If No One Is Going To Help

I posted about an hour ago. A few people have read my posting but no one is responding. I've noticed that many postings on this forum aren't receiving any help. What good is this forum if no one is going to help. I think the company shouldn't offer Adobe Digital Editions if they aren't going to offer any assistance. Seems to me I remember people from the company offering assistance over a year ago. Where did they go?
