when I try to open my e-books I get a message saying cannot open because the license key is damaged. how do I either fix this or get my money back.

when I try to open my e-books I get a message saying it can't be done because the license key is damaged. How do I either fix this or get my money back. This is very frustrating and I will probably never buy an e-book again.

Go back to the earlier version 1.72  After wasting 2 days on the problem this solved it.  This is thanks to another user - no thanks to Adobe.
