Where are my books?

Bought two books from Sainsbury's can't find them anywhere do not appear in Nook library when it is connected to windows 7 laptop. Device is verified after I downloaded/updated digital editions again as I gave up on it before. Going to have to ask for a credit and delete Digital Editions and go back to buying from Barnes & Noble. Have spent 3 hours on this now.....
