Where's ADE 4.0 Installer.exe?

For my Windows 7 PC, 4.53 won't work & the message said to go to the Download tab and select 4.0  The Download tab mentions

4.5 and 3.0, but NO 4.0 link to install.  Where is it?

Thanks for trying to help me with this issue. Somehow I've been able to

get the download

process to work, though it will only display the titles in ADE's

Bookshelf--not in my Book

Downloads folder.

Check the Folder My Digital Editoin on you Documents folder. In this folder the eBook on my Device.
