Which Photoshop to start????

I would like to switch to Adobe as an editor (semi-pro Photographer) and  would like to know reccomended version - everything I see that fits my needs appears to be an upgrade. What caught my eye was the Photoshop version that was able to move a persons image to another location within the print . Which photoshop is capable of this kind of editing capability?
