I've been trying for 3 days to download PSE 12 after having to re install my computer's OS. It stalls out and says it was stopped due to an error and when I click on the "more information" box, it shows nothing. My firewall and antivirus are disabled for ease of downloading and installing and my OS is Windows Vista Home Premium and I have a 1 TB HDD, space is not an issue. Firefox is up to date, so browser should not be an issue, either.
