E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

In March 2021, I spent a Pro Tools “Certified User PT101-110” training course with the apaxxdesigns training center in Paris. As such, I had access, via my Avid account, to the 2 e-books:

_ Pro Tools 101: Pro Tools Fundamentals I 2020/21 ebook

_ Pro Tools 110: Pro Tools Fundamentals II 2020/21

In order to be able to read them, I had to install the Adobe digital edition application.

I was able to open the 2 e-books on the training center computer, but despite a multitude of manipulations, I am unable to reopen these 2 e-books on my personal computer. It is possible that I made handling errors on my addresses, or choosing an anonymous activation option.

These 2 e-books are an essential resource for my professional career. This training paid off, and it is essential to be able to benefit from these tools.

Message: Error obtaining the license. Communication problem with the license server: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

Adobe tells me to contact the book vendor to get a new token. Can you please provide me with new links to get the 2 e-books please?
