Error getting license. License Server Communication Problem: E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED

Please RESET ACTIVATIONS. I can't connect Google Play Book which I just purchased with Adobe Digital Editions, following downloading of the "acsm file" from Google Play.

I receive the following error:

"Error getting license. License Server Communication Problem: E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED"

*Please RESET LICENSE ACTIVATION SO I CAN CONNECT THIS WITH ADOBE DIGITAL EDITIONS

Things I have already attempted:

1) Uninstall then RE-INSTALL ADOBE DIGITAL EDITIONS

2) DE-AUTHORIZED COMPUTER THEN RE-AUTHORIZED COMPUTER

3) CREATED A NEW ADOBE ID ACCOUNT AND AUTHORIZED COMPUTER UNDER NEW ACCOUNT

**ALL OF WHICH HAVE FAILED IN OPENING THE GOOGLE PLAY BOOK FILE

Google device reset can make only over goolge support. Device reset for adobe ID can make the adobe support. In this case error to many activations.
