Error "Adobe ID" Tagus Gaia

Hi all,

I have purchased a Tagus Gaia ebook in Spain and I'm not able to activate the Adobe ID for the DRM. It's "loading" when I enter the user and password for some minutes and then I get an error.

I have the account activated in the PC and in the tablet but I can't in the ebook. I have two days to return it and if I'm not able to activate it I will return it because of this issue.

Could you help me please?

    Tengo el mismo problema. Mismo modelo (Tagus Gaia), también comprado en España y tampoco me deja activar el dispositivo para DRM (se queda cargando durante unos minutos y luego da error). El problema es del dispositivo porque puedo activar otras cuentas con mi ID. No encuentro ninguna solución.

      tengo el mismo problema con un Tagus coral, que compré en Madrid en la casa del Libro que queda en la Gran vía, no ssssssé , que hacer vivo en Argentina , alguién sabra que solución podría tener?

      Me pasó lo mismo esta semana. Después de un rato intentar, me di cuenta que cada vez que el Tagus se apaga, se desactiva el Wifi. Para activar el dispositivo para DRM hace falta que esté conectado a wifi. Una vez que lo conecté al wifi se activó enseguida.
