Kobo Sign in/Sign out on Pandigital eReader & Downloading books from an SD card

Hi,

I am trying to sign out of my kobo account on my Pandigital eReader app so that I can sign in with a different account to get my other books, however... I have no idea how to sign out of the app.  Has anyone done this before?? I called tech support and they seemed just as clueless as I am.

Also, I tried to download a book (from this alternate account of mine) to an SD card and it won’t open on my eReader.  I’m not sure if this is because it’s from a different account, though I don’t think that should matter... If someone can help on either of these topics that would be GREAT!

I remember having to sign in the first time that i used my Pandigital on Kobo.  I am kind of hoping that this doesnt mean that I cant use my other account.

i didnt know that the downloaded books carried the account information on them, makes sence that they would though.
