I installed Adobe Digital Editions and downloaded a library book to my KoboGlo but it says I can't read it because I am not authorized by Adobe Digital Editions. I have tried numerous times to figure out how I can become authorized but with no luck. Any suggestions?

Hi Say-hi-2-Ravi,

I have completed all these steps above in the installation process twice. I might add. I use to have another account that I used to authorize my adobe services through but since I have been in a graduate program at Liberty University I have used my educational email address that I obtained that I also used when I purchased Adobe Acrobat Professional 17. Please help me resolve this issue. I have gotten no help from adobe and I have no clue how to resolve it. Please send solutions to my email to let me know that you have responded to this post. It is bwillis13@liberty.edu.

You are more helpful that Adobe. They won't provide "chat support" for ADE.

I have authorized my computer.

I cannot find Devices nor a gear icon.
