Ошибка при запуске Adobe Photoshop CS6

Скачал фотошоп cs6 и запустил его и после запуска появляется табличка: Ошибка конфигурации.Удалите этот продукт и установите еще раз. Ошибка: 16  . Я удалил фотошоп и снова загрузил и не помогает ничего.

Run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, reinstall the program.

Не получается в том пункте,где открыл файл AdobeCreativeSuiteCleanerTool и вроде следовал всему и в оконцовке немного запутался,так как было написано на англ. языке.
