As John said, this is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users here can't provide support for account, subscription, or billing issues, or issues with downloading or installing old, unsupported versions of Adobe software. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

 

You appear to be trying to purchase Adobe software from a third-party company based in Russia rather than from Adobe. Adobe customer support is unlikely to be able to help you with this. Furthermore, there may be sanctions in place that prevent sale of Adobe software to residents in Russia. You will have to consult with a lawyer about that.

To make it perfectly clear:

  • We cannot help you purchase Adobe software.
  • If you are buying software directly from Adobe, you must speak with Adobe customer service.
  • If you are buying from a reseller, you must speak with the reseller about your issue.
  • My reference to sanctions (or probably restrictions) has nothing to do with Adobe and everything to do with what the US government allows to be sold to Russia. I do not know if there are restrictions on the sale of software; I merely suggest that it is worth finding out if there are as it may affect your ability to purchase Adobe software. I am most likely wrong about this.
