体験版から学生プランを購入登録しましたが、注文履歴にものらない

This time, I purchased a trial version, purchased an individual plan for students and faculty and staff, and entered a redemption code.

If you put the code on the dedicated site, it will be displayed if it has already been used.

Because it is not updated too much, I think that the trial plan that was left for a few days is a problem

I canceled, but it is still not listed in my purchase history.

It is not cheap, so I can not buy it again,

I am having a problem because I cannot make learning and assignments in school. I hope you can check it.
