30 day free trial of Acrobat Pro DC downloaded yesterday now says zero days left?

I have not changed my system clock, done anything with the exe file etc. I need this software urgently this week and may well want to purchase the full version after 30 days, but I do want to road test it first. Can anyone offer any help? I tried online chat with Adobe and they said they don't cover the trial versions which is not very helpful for me as a potential customer!

Thanks Ned. I've not done any of those things to trigger early expiry. It's extremely disappointing. How am I meant to try out the software if the trial does not last as it should? It seems that it's a not uncommon occurrence.
