You should also learn, and preferably quickly, that if someone offers $1600 value for $34, then this is certainly Too Good To Be True.

StackSocial is not affiliated with Adobe.  It's just another rogue company trying to make a buck riding on the coat tails of Adobe's Creative Cloud brand.  There's nothing official about any of it.

If you want structured online training courses with quality instructors, look at LinkedIn Learning (formerly Lynda.com).

For advanced users, official Adobe Creative Cloud Certification exams (ACA and ACE) are suspended right now.  Expect to see more after the Covid-19 lockdown is lifted.

What People?

Why would a series of Training course be free if you purchase the Adobe All Apps plan subscription?

Actually there are many many free video tutorials on most of all of the Adobe apps. Most of them on the Adobe website.

By the way, I guess you assume "certification course" means its somehow official. I guess too you are a first year student looking for a fast path to an official qualification to help you get a job. You need to know that (1) anyone can sell a course that gives out a certificate which says anything. I could give you a course in my kitchen over 15 minutes (if it wasn't for quarantine), and give you a certificate: that's a certifiation course. (2) all employers know that a certificate is worthless unless it is from an official body (3) Adobe offer official certification, but it's now very out of date; it's a detailed test for people with many years professional experience.

Perhaps so, but you’d have to ask the people who make it, and make such claims about the discount. It is not made by Adobe or approved by Adobe. Anyone can sell Creative Cloud training at any price people will pay.
