64 bit work machine 32bit home machine. Can I use Creative Cloud for both?

Can I use my creative cloud login on my 32 bit machine at home?

I am looking to get premier on my 32 bit machine at home. Will I have to purchase a separate key? Or can I download the 32 bit version ?

Premiere Pro CC is 64 bit only. It will not download, install or run on a 32 bit computer. There is no 32 bit version.
