So iBookG4Dude after you install a Creative application the Creative Cloud application becomes blank?  What steps have you tried so far to resolve your difficulties?  Also which version of Windows are you using?

Also, try the following steps to resolve the issue if it doesn't then answer Jeff's questions:

  • Close the Creative Cloud application if it's running.
  • Navigate to the OOBE folder.

          Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
         Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder

  • Rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db
  • Launch Creative Cloud

Please ensure you enable the show hidden files and folder options.

Mac:

Windows:

Please let us know if still facing the issue

Thanks!

iBookG4Dude I am sorry but the images you attempted to post are not visible.  What error message are you receiving?

For information on how to post images please see http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2324.
