I want to buy Photshop Elements 2019 but I don't know if I can download the program on two my computer I have at home. I bought last year Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 and I could do it. I wouldn't have to buy two programs.

Attiliom6673294, the activation policy for Photoshop Elements has not changed since Photoshop Elements 14.  You are welcome to install the software on up to two computers that you personally use.  For more information see Activate and deactivate Adobe products .
