About Photoshop cc 2019 open error

I downloaded Photoshop cc 2019 on the Creative Cloud Desktop and updated and installed it. I tried to open it (I clicked on the 7-day trial option) but failed.      A triangle warning and the words "error occurred" appear directly above it.        but when I exit the screen, it shows the screen that opened, only to flash past in a flash that I can't capture in a screenshot. Later, I also tried to change compatibility and ran as an administrator and restart the computer without success. I really want to know how to solve this problem and hope to get help. Thank you
