Accessing Creative Cloud on multiple devices?

Hi,

I've just recently downloaded and paid my yearly subscription for Adobe Creative Cloud, which I purchased through my Wacom Mobile Studio Pro...

I'd like to be able to access all apps through my larger desktop computer as well, so I can use two screens and have tutorials running on that while using the Wacom.

Is there a reason why when I log on to my account on my other computer it's again asking me to pay for the cloud? Is a creative cloud subscription only licensed to one device? because that's quite disappointing if that's the case.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers,

Jordy

no, you can use on an unlimited number of mac and/or win computers, and you have limited accessibility on ios/android mobiles.

using your desktop top:

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id (used in the next step), https://www.adobe.com/account.html

if your account shows

a. your subscription is active,

1.  sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id above to verify your subscription:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

2.  if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-reverts-to-trial.html

if your account shows

b. you have no subscription and you're paying for one

1. using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html
