Once a document has been saved in the Cloud, where do I go to find the document?

Hi there,
You can access Adobe Document Cloud from https://documents.adobe.com. Sign in with your Adobe ID and password, or with your social (Facebook or Google) account. You can access Adobe Document Cloud services and also download the latest Acrobat DC desktop and mobile apps.
