Hello,

I recently used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to delete my version of subscription Creative Cloud, and accidentally deleted my permanent license as well. I used the tool because my subscription expired and I was unable to get into Creative Cloud to uninstall it that way. I don't have the serial number as the computer was a friend's and it came with the version of Photoshop from when they were using it, and they don't remember their serial code. Is there any way I can get my app back? I use it in my every day life and I can't afford a Creative Cloud subscription.

Thanks,

Sage

actually, that sounds illegal.  your friend needed to transfer the license to you.

and your friend may be able to recover the serial number, but it doesn't sound like you can.  but that won't even matter if it's a version prior to cs5.
