You're e-mail account is with an e-mail service provider. Adobe does not provide this for users outside of the company. So there is no fear that your e-mail account will disappear by deleting your Adobe account.

Please explain what you mean by Cancel you Adobe Account.

And what you mean by "Will my Email Account be Deleted?

First are you asking about canceling A Subscription Or your Complete Adobe Account (IE Removing your Adobe ID)?

Whatever email Acocunt name you used to Sign up for an Adobe ID (Whatever.wherever @ WithSomeEmailProvider(Google/Whoever) . (DOT) COM/ORG/NET/Whatever)  Is YOURS. Adobe will not and Can Not Delete that email account from whatever email provider it is with. That email address is only used to create an Adobe Account and has nothing to do with whatever provider you created that actual account with.

If you are wondering if the email address you used to get an Adobe ID will be removed from the Adobe servers and if it is could you use that same email address again with Adobe the answer to that is NO. Once you use an Email Address to create an Adobe ID you can NOT use that Same Exact email address again with Adobe.

But all of the above is MOOT until we really know what you are asking.
