Acrobat DC installation failed, error code EX20

I am having trouble to install Acrobat DC using the Creative Cloud desktop app on my new computer after I successfully installed Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop using the same app.

Tried a few times, installing stops at around 30% after 'extracting', and then got a Retry button. Installation failed, error code EX20. Tried to 'retry' installation a few time already, all failed.

Please HELP!!
