Acrobat DC installation wont activate with my login on my new machine

Acrobat DC installation wont activate with my login on my new machine.

I have a monthly subscription and the trial has ended on my new machine. I have installed numerous times but each time I use my member id it wont activate or asks for a serial number.

I have signed in signed out, signed in  and nothing.

Now it sits there each time with trial expired, buy now or activate - even when my account is logged in.

Pulling my hair out as this is costing money and I cant resolve it.

Have used the adobe cleaner tool and reinstalled but nothing changes....

How can I fix this!

Note :

If there are any other website URL entries which might have blocked for security reasons , instead of Resetting Hosts to default , you can simply edit and remove Adobe entries only  manually with the help of Notepad.

After Editing Choose Save as option from File menu and then enter File name exactly as "Hosts"     .  { inside   " "  }

Delete Original Hosts file in Etc.

Then replace newly created Hosts file from Desktop to Etc.

First thing , we will check Hosts file once :

1)Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and look for file named hosts inside etc folder.

2)Copy the hosts file to Desktop and open the same with notepad.

Check whether you can see any Adobe related entries inside Hosts file like 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com.......etc??

That is the reason you are unable to activate Acrobat Pro DC , those are Adobe entries with loop back address 127.0.0.1 becoz of which , the request is unable to reach Adobe activation server.

Reset the Hosts file to default and try to activate Acrobat again , it will work .

Follow steps mentioned for Windows 8.1 ,, while saving file name , do not forget to add "  " , it has to be    "hosts"   exactly.

I need help pleaseeee! I have a MacBook Air and it won't let me login. It is claiming "Illustrator installer wants to make changes, Enter Password to allow this" and when I enter in my password it just shakes and doesn't let me. I swear I am typing in my password and at this point I am so frustrated because I am just trying to do some work and I can't even login. Please help!
