Acrobat X Pro on windows XP

I purchased Acrobat X Pro which I guess doesn't work on a pc running Microsoft XP and need to return the order. How do I do that?

I checked the specs at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobatpro/tech-specs.edu.html, and Acrobat X Pro is supported on Windows XP. Can you provide us with any error messages that you see on screen?
