Activating Photoshop Elements 13 on MAC

Hello, I'm currently into a big problem.

In december 2015 I bought a license of Adobe Photoshop elements 13 and Adobe Premiere Elements 13 in a technology store. I used to own a PC windows. I used them until now. I got a new MacBook Air for Christmas. I've tried to find an issue for almost 3 days and I need to use those software quickly.

As they're both a former version of Adobe premiere & photoshop elements, it's less easy to find out how to download them on my macbook. The information pages of Adobe are not very clear and I don't understand how to desactivate them on my older pc and reactivate them on my new MacBook. As it's not part of Creative Clouds (if I'm right) I cannot download it with the CC app. Could you help me finding an issue ? Could you describe the actions I need to make on those two computers ? $

if you have a serial number for mac (or your serial number is for both mac and pc), you're good to go.
