Activation Adobe Creative Suite 5.5. Netherlands

Hello,

I want to activate my Creative Suite 5.5. software Student and Teacher Edition. I was student when I receive the Adobe Creative Suite 5.5. Design Standard as a present from my parents. But for reasons I have not used the product. So, times later at this moment I'm not student any more. But I want to use the present and I need the serial number of this product. I contacted Adobe en they recommended me to use the link: identit-e.com, but my product was purchased outside North and South America. Software is purchased by: IFactors, Lijnbaan 106 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

identit-e recommend me to contact Adobe directly for assistance, the Adobe customer service (www.adobe.com/support.) I have to update to your region/location (Nederland). So I do. Now I see I can only contact Adobe for assistance by this forum?! Not by phone or e-mail... I looking for a solution for long time now... 

I can show you my student card, my diploma and a picture of the product. Ik hope Adobe can help my now. My English is not so good, but I do my best..

    Are unable to find Serial number  ?? Have you registered the serial under your Adobe account ?

    Yes, I want to find the serial number. I didn't register the product under my Adobe account. I did't buy it online, but by IFactors shop in the Netherlands. I can't registered the product because I didn't have a serial number. It's a old version: 5.5 Adobe said: CS4- and CS5 product you can registered in the menu Help. These products, you do not have to register.
