So we get a code too? For what? I thought signing into creative cloud via the "I want activate" dialog of the trial popup screen was how it is activated. My apps, including Encore, certianly seem activated now.

Two separate topics, enabling the CCM membership itself, and converting a trial product "License this product" to be included with an active subscription.

Still confused. I had the trial enabled (installed from Monday) and it was on day 25 or whatever. Today, I launched one of the apps (Photoshop), the trial dialog box came up, I selected to activate, it asked me to log into creative cloud, I did, and everything (including Encore) was activated. No serial number was necessary.
So why would you need a serial number?

I am in UK, i havent had anything yet from adobe even though I ordered in April. The service shows on my adobe account.
Any idea when i will be getting email? (its not in junk mail)

All sorted, thanks for your reply.
I ordered about a month ago.
When the release was due, I was reading other forum messages and thought that you had to have a key emailed to you before you could continue, but all I had to do was log in using my adobe ID
and the apps were there ready for download. Very slick! - Im impressed how easy it was, no keys to type in or anything

Hi David,
I have my order number but I dont have the option to activate Muse. When I open Muse it only gives me the option to continue my trial even after I purchased it. I think I tried everything even uninstall and reinstall using ACCC. Can you help please?
