Question

Activation pop up screen

I've been using Photoshop & Dreamweaver for years.  All of a sudden it's asking me to activate every time I open either program.  I go through the process, it recognizes my serial number, tells me I'm "successfully" activated, then the programs open.  However, every time I close the program and open it again, I have to go through this whole process yet again.  Sometimes it tells me I have 25 days to activate.  Why is this happening and how can I get rid of this pop up?  Whats going on?  Also, the phone numbers listed for phone activation do not work.  Online my only option appears to be this forum.  No real person, no information.

This is an typical license files corruption issue .

Are you using Windows computer or Mac ?

Also let me know if you have serial numbers for all Adobe standalone apps installed on your computer ?

Sorry for the delay.  I'm just now trying to open Photoshop.  It pops up my serial number for both Photoshop and Dreamweaver.  Those are the only two programs I use occasionally.  It's silly to pay for a monthly use fee when I so seldom need them.  I have the original disks with serial numbers on the box.  All this started when my husband bought a new computer and installed the disks onto it.  I'm not sure if he's having this problem as he rarely uses Photoshop and never uses Dreamweaver. Thanks for you assistance!

    Please refer below link :

    https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/blank-registration-screen-cs3.html

Try with the solution mentioned on the link :

    First Disconnect Internet connection .

Launch App and click on Never Register and then connect to Internet , it should fix the issue.

This link says its for Mac OS 10 but I have a PC with Windows 8.1. Will it still work?
