Activation Problem • Acrobat DC Pro 2015

New Here ,
Oct 23, 2025 Oct 23, 2025
I bought a new laptop and updated the activated devices in my Adobe account to facilitate installing Photoshop on my new computer. Photoshop installation was successful.

The problem I encountered is installing Adobe Acrobat DC Pro 2015 on the new laptop.  I get the message that my seral number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers.

Apparently, the updated activated devices in my account is not seen by Acrobat Pro 2015.  Could my old laptop still be referenced in error?

I deactivated my new laptop, then tried to install Adobe Acrobat DC Pro 2015 to the same, but to no avail, same error message. Any ideas?

Thanks

The activated devices shown in your account are only Creative Cloud apps.

Creative Suite and other serial number apps are not shown in activated devices.

How did you deactivate Adobe Acrobat DC Pro 2015 on your laptop?

Do you or did you have it installed in any other computers?

The ONLY WAY to deactivate a serial number program is on the device where it is activated... If you can't deactive on that device you may not activate on a new device
