Activation server unavailable: Macromedia Studio 8?

I've had issues installing my Adobe CS2/Macromedia Studio 8 software package onto my new Windows 8 machine. I've been able to use the downloads to get the Adobe CS2 programs back, but I have been unable to find anything helpful regarding Macromedia Studio 8. The programs are not included on the list of software affected by the activation server being discontinued, but upon install I received the exact same error message I received when I installed CS2 from my discs. I can find tons of info regarding MX 2004, but nothing on Studio 8. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Kari

    Thank you for your response. I have looked at this information already, but Macromedia 8 software is not on the list. If I'm missing something, would you please point it out to me? Thank you!

    between cs2 and the link in message 1, that's all that's available.
