Hi Everybody,

I work in a company that nowadays is using adobe master collection suite CS4. I don't know why, one of this machines, that already was with the software activated, started to asking software activation and now it is counting the trial period.

So my problem is, how can I get access to adobe ID account of a coworker that isn't working in my company anymore to active the software. And the worst is that when my company bought the licenses the e-mails was coworkername@bsb.com and a couple of years ago it was changed to coworkername@companyregion.com.

Any ideia?

Thanks!

    Hi Ned,

Now the operator is working on the PC, as soon as possible I going to try it.

    thanks for the advice.

If the software is still installed you might be able to extract the serial number from the machine.

If it's a Windows machine then try running Belarc Advisor

For a Mac you can try:

    Hi Ned,

I tried belarc, but It was not able to extract adobe serial.

I am thinking now that, maybe the operator deactived  the software.

Because I've never seen it happens before,

    Anyway thanks
