Admin Privileges?

I'm trying to update Bridge CC from the Cloud. My Company uses Avecto for Admin Privileges. However, the CC Update fails due to lack of Admin Privileges required to update. Running Bridge CC V6.1.0.116 64-bit. Can I download the update from somewhere? Once downloaded I will be able to install the update.

Thank you,

Liam

I have an identical issue. Since my company has installed Avecto to all machines, I can't update or install any Adobe apps with Creative Cloud.
My support has recommanded to launch Creative Cloud with the Avecto Admin Rights but nothing happens then when clicking on the "update" or "install" buttons. They can't help me more... so I'm now working with not "up-to-date" softwares.

Is there a way to update the softwares without using Creative Cloud?
Do you have some information to provide me about how the updating/installing process of CC connects to your server, in order to inform my support tech to find a way to help me with that annoying issue?
Thanks!

Our security team resolved it after providing them with a document from Adobe support. It has nothing to do with Avecto as we couldn't download after Avecto was disabled. HTH,

Hi Liam,

You will require the admin privileges to install the Adobe updates.

In case you need the direct download for the updates, please refer to the link below:

All the Adobe CC Updates: The Direct Download Links for Windows | ProDesignTools

The updates from the link are from 2013 and are out of date.

I tried to download from here: Adobe CC 2014 Direct Download Links: Creative Cloud 2014 Release | ProDesignTools but I get access denied.

What do I do now?

Click on the below link and keep the Photoshop Elements download page open .

Simply keep the page open , do not close it.

Then try to download updates . you should not get Access Denied Error.
