Adobe 2024 Pro Perpetual License

Community Beginner ,

How do I install and use Adobe Pro 2024 with out siginin in? Purchased a license key through Dell for an end user and asking to sign in. I purchase these with the Dell computer to prevent the need for signing in as I set up the computers for the end user. I cannot have 25 users all using Adobe under my sign in. Support has been obsolete, no email address, etc and I cannot sit on a chat window all day long waiting for a response. If this is not resolved, all purchases will be with Foxit PDF reader moving forward.

Jbiz, please see https://adobe.ly/3SIb7hG for information on how to access the installation files for Acrobat Pro 2024. You will need to sign in to authenticate the license to use Acrobat, which you have purchased. For more information, see https://adobe.ly/44GpsCS. ^JW

Jeffrey,

This does not solve my issue. I purchase these with the computer so the end user has Adobe. I cannot sign in and allow an end user to use Adobe under my log in. With Adobe 2020 Pro you could sign in to authenticate but could then log out and use the software without being signed in. With 2024, once you log out, the program closes making it unusable without an account.

Any other suggestions? The only workaround I have found was to remove my Adobe 2020 and install on the new machine for the end user. This way I could sign out and still allow the user to use Adobe. I just took his copy of 2024 and installed on my machine since I cannot log out and use the product.
